Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

🚫 Shipping Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Meliz Styler is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs or import issues (for international orders)
Natural disasters or courier service disruptions
📮 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@melizstyler.com within 7 days of delivery. We will assist in filing a claim and arranging a replacement if eligible.
