Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You are unsatisfied and the product is unused, in original condition and packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Used, damaged (by customer), or altered products

  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

  • Items purchased on final sale, clearance, or discounted promotions


🔁 Return Process

  1. Email us at support@melizstyler.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if applicable)

  2. We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • We do not refund shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


📦 Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@melizstyler.com with photos. We’ll prioritize your case and send a replacement if eligible.


📝 Important Notes

  • Always keep proof of return shipment and tracking details.

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
