✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
You are unsatisfied and the product is unused, in original condition and packaging
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Used, damaged (by customer), or altered products
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
Items purchased on final sale, clearance, or discounted promotions
🔁 Return Process
Email us at support@melizstyler.com with:
Order number
Reason for return
Photos (if applicable)
We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We do not refund shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
📦 Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@melizstyler.com with photos. We’ll prioritize your case and send a replacement if eligible.
